revit library door height edit only works on 1510 width

Hi,

I have opened the door family Doors_IntDbl_1, and changed the height to 2400. I save as to name it differently. When I load it into my project the 2400 door only shows when the 1510 width is selected. The 1810 width option just shows the original door height of 2110. Why? How can I tell the family to show this height for all the available width options?

The other option is to widen the family, bit the constraints do not want me to. I could unlock all the constraints and make a door family for each size i want, but it would be nice to have the widths there in edit properties

Changed height to 2800 and width to 1000 no problem works

Yes, now switch it to 1810 and it will flick back to its original size. how do I get the widths to stay as listed but the height to be taller on both?

Absolutly nothing wrong, can make it all sizes width and height.

In family there are no formulas or anything restricting sizes.

Are selecting Types and not changing/duplicating types??

Are you referring what it says in the Properties?  For instance, what is listed for  "Door Panel Width" and "Door Panel Width"?

Not sure what OP's issue with the family is, it works just fine.

Below a schedule with 4 doors with different width/height...no limit for 1510 or 1810.

But wait a minute, are you changing the value in the FamilyEditor and loading it into the project by any chance?
