Hello good day.
My problem is the following:
Until last week I worked on a local model with a user account for my company, which joined to another company.
As we are working at home, I had not synchronized with the central for 3 weeks. My previous license expired and a new license was installed with new email and new user.
When trying to use my local file, I can't because everything is as my previous user and it doesn't allow me to "Relinquish" or synchronize to the central model.
I tried to change the username in accounts \ autodesk of the new account to be the same as the old account, but it tells me it's already in use.
I can't "Singout" in Revit to change username in "Options" because Revit takes me out of the program.

My previous user was:
aparraFHRAQ linked to my DALTA email account: aparra@d-alta.com
My new user is:
alejandra.parraXY6VX linked to my new email account after DALTA is part of DEMEK alejandra.parra@demek.com
I am the same user, working for the same company, but now it is called DEMEK.
What I can do ?

Have you tried one of the options described here:

You need to change your account credentials to your former email so that Autodesk thinks your old identity is still current. Then you can run Revit with the correct identity logged in and sync your work.

If you are the only person to have worked on this file for three weeks then you can also open the file with your current identity using Detach from Central and create a new central file based on the current state of your local file.

It's painfully obvious now...but not syncing for three weeks is not a good strategy...and for more reasons than this issue.
