(this is about substituting for Revit materials in lumion, apologies if this is the wrong forum)

QUESTION - how can I get from SUBSTANCE .jpg files that are usable in LUMION (= .a collection of JPG files ... best I can tell )

I am a new user of Lumion.  I've exported a model from Revit 2019 into Lumion.   I am trying to use custom materials.  I purchased Adobe SUBSTANCE as a source to download "textures" to Lumion.   Lumion "textures" are (to my understanding) a collection of .jpg files as a gloss map, color map, displacement map, and bump map which are uploaded to lumion
pic below is a screengrab from this video on the subject at 3:43   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDaXVcmFzn8

This is the file format types i expect to see (my understanding of what LUMION wants0

SUBSTANCE materials download offers these 2 options...

this downloads an .SBS file.  if i open it, i get this...

Is there a way to save these (presumably) .jpgs circled in orange above?

As far as I know, Lumion uses Diffuse and Normal maps for Custom Materials.

Try to save the Diffuse and Normal map from into Jpeg.

In Lumion, Edit the material, select the Custom Material and apply both the Diffuse and Normal maps.
