Looking for alternatives to model patterns assigned to materials

Hi.

I'm looking for a way to visualize an image of a logo in families in a 3D view in shaded/consistent colors. The problem is that this logo has too much detail for a pattern because of its curved lines:

After creating this pattern and assigning to the material of the family, it looks weird in its curved corners because the lines that make the curved shapes are too small. I have created many patterns by changing the size and scale but the result never looks good, which makes me think that creating a pattern might not be the best solution.

I got the best result by replacing all curved lines with straight lines and finding the perfect size and scale, but I wanted to ask if there's any other alternative to model paterns.

thank you

Why are you creating curves with a million short lines instead of one arc?

The curves are arcs for arms and legs and a circle for the head but they are seen as straight lines in the pattern model, that's the point of this thread.

Can you share the model?

You could try an adaptive family and repeat it on a divided surface.  That way you can draw the figure using model lines.

I wouldn't go there if I were you.  If the figure is small enough (liked on a signage) then what you did with straight lines is okay.
