looking for a window family with division

i'm looking for a certain window family on revit which has a fixed glass division on the bottom (pic1), while the upper glass can be opened in two modes like pic2

does anyone know if it's possible to find one?

Why don't you just nest both types into a host, and call it what you want? Revit has both, OOTB.

I really don't know how to create and edit families. Is there any window family like that on any BIM site?

You're going to have to learn to make your own families in Revit sooner or later.

What do you mean by "nest both types into a host"? do you talk about a curtain panel with two different panels?

I didn't say anything about "curtain panel with two different panels"; primarily because you never mentioned "curtain panel". Also, if you don't know how to create/edit Revit families, I can't be of much further help to you.  Good luck.

Learn how to create Revit families. You will make yourself so much more valuable.

For  starters - open an OOTB window family. Study it. Save a copy of it. Tweak it to do what you need it to. If you run into a snag, post for help. Posts which indicate that you have run into a snag while in the process get better responses, all from the goodness of our hearts.

To search for something that works - try BIM Object or ARCAT.
