Loft floor plan

I have attached a picture for reference.

I need to have a loft plan included in my sheets, but cannot seem to get my lofts to appear even though I am setting the underlay as well as the view range accordingly. I do not know what to do, as well as, I feel drawing up a loft for the sake of it would be wrong. As you can see in my pictures, I have a loft (yes its a floor) but it is not showing up onto the loft plan.

Please help.

Is the loft on a separate Level or the same level as the main floor but with different elevation?

If you need to have a floor plan of the loft then you need to change the view range to cut above the loft, view range bottom @ the floor of the loft, view depth at the level below (if you want to see what below for reference).  There is no need for underlay.
