Lock text to section marker

Is there a way to lock text to a section marker? Created a some working sections for different users and would like to see a label for that section marker.

Maybe it is enough to change the marker, to be a W, and the name of the section type to be "working".

How do I change the marker without placing the section on a sheet?

We normally have a different section type with different symbol and color for working views.  Those views are not supposed to be placed on sheets so there is no label, only a symbol.  I don't care about showing an initial of who owns the view, but if I wanted, I could add a label showing the view name in a very small narrow font.
