Local Revit Project File and Revit Links

When I open my Local Revit file does it have the latest changes to the Linked Revit Files from the Central File ? Or do I have to Reload the Revit Links and then Sync to the Central file in order to have the lastest changes in the Linked Revit File ?

When you open the local file from your computer, it is not the latest information from the central file (unless you just created it from the central file). To sync it up with the central file, you'll need to do exactly that - save it back to central!
