I'm having a hard time loading families into Revit 2020. Whenever I go to the component tool to load a family it will load but it wont appear in the properties or the project.

have you try to go to your project browser > families and pick and drag to your view? thanks

check the category you have load is it will find in Components or not may it will appear in another category
