I am working on making a chair rail for a project. I am working on a general wall family but I keep getting this error message. I checked and none of my lines are intersecting. I even remodeled it and I am still getting this error can anyone help? I have attached a screenshot of the error message and my model I am working on.Error message.PNG

If you are showing the extrusion sketch then yes, most of the lines intersect.  You can only have continuous loops in order to create an extrusion.  And by the look of it, you may want to create a sweep instead of an extrusion.

If you are doing extrusion, it has to be continuous lines and you cannot have all those lines intersecting like screenshot below. If you doing wall cornice, you want to use sweep as @ToanDN mentioned.
