Linear dimention style: Rought Height

Hi all, I want to know is it is possible to show ''rough height'' instead of ''height''. This because our model is an ARC/STR model, so the door contains frame.

Any Idea?

My workaround is to TAG the door rought height. But not so handy

yes i understand , but revit has still own limitations. thanks
