Lighting showing as box in section and rcp? Shows normally in 3d view

In my section view and rcp, my sconces are just showing as a box. In 3D views and renderings, it will show the actual fixture. I have checked visibility/ graphics, but it is clicked to show lighting so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The family is set-up to show differently according to detail level and/or type of view.

What is meant is that you can change the level of detail to get the right result.

If this button is grayed out you can adjust the view template.

No. I mentioned the family because that is probably where the adjustment should be made because in my world the detail level is preset by the view template and as such probably shouldn't be changed. If the content isn't displaying properly, edit the content, not the view.

I do not know how to change the family. This worked! I clicked detail level fine and they all changed! Thank you!!
