Light on sloped ceiling - maintain annotation orientation

I've got a light fitting i've upgraded from 2021 to 2023 so that I can tick the box to maintain annotation orientation on a sloped ceiling. This parameter now exists, however it does not work. I can still only see the annotation if I select the option to keep the fitting vertical.

Light fitting attached.

That's beyond my limited knowledge unfortunately. Perhaps a series of different size annotations that are visible depending on the view scale somehow.

You can try my last version I posted, that works for me.

I just need to find out how to make it scale better so it works with odd view scales. I never gave it much thought, but the fact the generic annotation can't scale seems to be a missing feature.

My current project doesn't have sloped ceilings. So I plan to change all my families in the next project. I also may include a symbol other than the black dot (like the more standard 4-way split pizza looking thingy). But if someone can advise on scaling, that would be great.

Revit version: R2025.3
