Level Name on Room Finish Schedule

After developing a design in Revit, I renamed Level 1 and Level 2 to DD First Floor and DD Mezzanine. Then I duplicated these views and named them First Floor Plan and Mezzanine Floor Plan. Then I generated a Room Finish Schedule. The level names are DD First Floor and DD Mezzanine. I want the level names to be First Floor Plan and Mezzanine. How do I do that?

Go to an elevation or section where you see the levels and rename them.

That worked! I had to make sure not to rename the corresponding views because they were the DD plans.

Well, the schedule was showing exactly the new names that you had provided for the levels, with the DD prefix.

So, why did you add a prefix to the name of the levels to begin with, if you had to remove it later?

A level is always a level regardless of the design phase.

the original levels (the ones synchronized with the elevation levels) were the DD plans, which I wanted to save. They have furniture and room names without room numbers. Then I duplicated those original levels for the working drawings. Although the duplicated views received the room name/number labels, when the room finish schedule was generated, it used the original views.

You duplicated the Floor Plan Views, not the levels. One level can have multiple Floor Plans associated to it, and they can be named however you want. But the information in the schedules always show the true level name.
