Check if your level's Elevation Base is set to Survey Point or Project base point.  It should be survey point to show the correct elevation above MSL.

Thanks for your answer.  Level's Elevation Base is set to Project base point so level elevation should be -910mm and not -984mm.  Am i right ?

Yes, it should be -910mm.

Are those levels in your model and not from linked model maybe?

These levels are in my model.  Could it come from the fact that a dwg larger than 20 miles (33 km) was imported once in the file (it has be deleted since) ?  I know that we get a warning about accuracy of the model with such DWG files.

Are the RDC and S1 Levels in your model or from a Link?

can you attach the model so we can look at it.

HA! I must be illiterate then!

Seriously though, need more "words" from you or the RVT itself.

Sorry 🙂 Thanks for all the answers

On the picture the RDC level relative to the basepoint is -984mm

But the dimension shows -910mm

Relative to MSL basepoint elevation is 309910mm

Relative to MSL RDC level elevation is 309000mm but -984mm relative to base point

When i set the MSL elevation of RDC to 309910mm to make a test, the RDC elevation relative to the base point is -74mm

For confidentiality reasons, i can not share the file as it is.  If needed i will try to clean it before sharing.

I'm with @hmunsell on this one.  You're pulling the dimension from the Link Level -- not the Project Level.

a picture is worth 1000 words but a physical copy would be better in this case. Can you post the file so we can look at it?

It will autocorrect when you move position (manage --> position --> relocate project) and unpin project base point, move up by zero. Or just unpin and repin project base point.

Select Project Base Point, Unpin and Unclip  it, and then Right-Click on it an press "Move to Startup Location" from drop-down options.
