Lattice Wall System

I need to model the lattice work seen the in the reference image below. Note that I need the lattice follow the stair tread/riser aswell.

 

Not sure where to start on this one.

A material with surface pattern and cutout for rendering may suffice.  If you really want to model it, use curtain wall with rotated grids.

I'm with @ToanDN. I wouldn't model lattice. If you want a graphic surface pattern for non-realistic representations - other than a simple diagonal cross-hatch pattern - you can try a lattice model hatch pattern like the one attached herein.

You can create Lattice out of curtainwall. See attached.
