Align insulation with slab

In mz model I have an insulation layer 140mm thick that has been slightly moved and rotated from the ceiling slab which was attached to. How can I attach it again to the inferior face of the slab.

How did you create the insulation?

Hard to understand what you are asking about. 

Wild guess:  Did you create Parts and screw up something?  If so, maybe the fastest and easiest solution would be to delete the Parts and start over.  Deleting Parts does not affect the Original.  

How'd I do?  Missed it by a mile probably.  😉

I dindt made the insulation. It was in other office that came to me unaligned. I am looking for a 3d tool like 2d align, or 3 points aling in Autocad.

There are different tools for different types of elements.  Maybe share a screenshot selecting the 'Insulation' showing its Properties so we might have a fainted idea what it is.
