Revit 2022 Export to PDF forgets settings

I always have it save the PDF to the desktop, and use the "User defined" margin. And if I don't close Revit, it will continue to use what I want. But as soon as I re-start Revit (same project) it reverts back to the default and I have to manually set it to what I need.

Looks like a bug. Any workarounds or settings I could try?

Save your settings.

I saved the setting under the "Export Setup". But after closing and re-opening Revit these 2 settings revert back to what Revit thinks is the default. All other settings stay the way i saved them as. Only these 2 are wonky.

And to save, I have to create a new profile and can't just edit a setting and save. the "Save" button is grayed out. Only the "Save as" seems to work. I'm not sure if that is related to my problem. But I would expect to be able to edit a profile and save it.
