Kerb alongside road

I was wondering which is the fastest way in Revit to generate a Kerb between each subregion of the Topography (Between the road and the path). And make as well the path Subregion (In red material) higher than the road.

Thank you!

You could split the topo, move the road down, and host railing along the
edge to be the curb.

You can't do that with a Subregion.  Why don't you just copy, modify and use the OOTB "Parking Island.rfa" that is in the OOTB Content Library? It's located in the "Parking" subfolder of the "Site" folder.
