Louver family not cut into wall

Client sent me a simple louver family want to use in the project. It is not cutting into wall even I choose cut when loaded. It can be placed on the surface of the wall. A simple way to modify to make it work? Thanks,

It doesn't have a void or opening. Its not a hosted family. Just cut an opening for it in the Project. You can use an Opening from the Architecture Tab.

you can nested into window.rft family and load into your project and it will cut opening of the wall. sample attached. thanks
