I'm hoping someone can help with this? Can anyone advise what is causing my views to display in the manner shown below and how to rectify the issue?

For reference the first screen shot is taken from a Revit model that has the pipe assembly linked into it, the second is from the revit model that actually contains the pipe assembly. I have turned off gaming mode in my computer windows settings but it has had no effect.

This issue isn't specific to the 3D view, it appears in plan views, elevations and sections which is making working on the model next to impossible. I have tried deleting the view and recreating a new one which doesn't have an effect either.

It has also been noted that the display issue then transfers over to Autodesk Docs/BIM360

You have elements, most likely from a CAD link, too far from the origin. Try unload or turn off the CAD links and see.

Thanks for your input, however I do not understand what you mean when you refer to the origin, can you please explain?

Origin means the Internal Origin of the model. Just turn off CAD links or imports and tell me if it makes any difference.

Turning off linked AutoCAD files in Visibility Graphics has no impact, i've also unloaded the linked DWG topo survey which has had no effect.

Phasing related maybe. Check your View Phase Filter. Set to Show Complete.
