Issues with publishing project to B360 and syncing the existing cloud files to central

Hello all,

First post here, I hoped that I would never have to write here, but the circumstances have changed. 3 weeks ago, my team noticed issues with syncing the model to central. It happened at the same time as there were minor issues with Autodesk serves. From that moment, we are getting regular fails regarding synchronizing the model back to the cloud, especially when the changes done in a local file are quite big. I thought that it might be only a temporary problem (one time it works, another time it doesn't), so we just ignored it and continued working.

Unfortunately, just two days ago when I wanted to separate our apartment clusters from the building design and put them to the other project to make the building file a bit lighter, I noticed that I can't publish any new file which consist of the elements from the main project. It looks like there is some embedded error within the elements, which is super suspicious.

I did all of the steps posted by Autodesk: auditing, publishing new version of the main project, removing cache files, removing links, checking and auditing each link separately, asking other users to do the same procedure. No results. The issue still persists.

I honestly don't know what else I can do.

I checked the log files and I found that error when trying to publish the models.

I would appreciate any help!
