Issues with 2017 to Autodesk 360 Rendering

Hi, I recently upgraded my revit model to 2017 from 2016. I was able to render in 360 without any issues in 2016 and now when I try to upload the model to render I get the error in the attached image. Any advice would be helpful thanks. REVIT 2017 ERROR.png

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. These errors might be related to network issues. Check that your network works correctly. If your network is behind a firewall or proxy, please make sure the following are not blocked.

*.autodesk.com
*.cloudfront.net
*.google-analytics.com
*.akamaiedge.net

*.akamaintechnologies.com
*.amazonaws.com
*.edgekey.net

*.googleapis.com
*.msecnd.net
*.microsoft.com

Here is a post describing this in detail.

Try rendering the Revit sample file and see if that works. If this does not help, contact the rendering support team.
