Materials not showing up

I am working in Revit 2016 and I dont understand why all of my materials are in grayscale. My furniture have fabrics on them but they will not show anything but gray. I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with this and if so, how do I fix it?

1. Material Browser >> On the Graphics tab >> make sure "Use Render Appearance" is checked
2. On the Appearance tab >> Make sure render image is assigned

I have the same problem, I've tried switching on use render appearance but the object stays grey
