Issue with REVIT Student License and Inability to Save Work

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with my REVIT student license. Although it's stated that my license is valid until 29 November 2025, I'm currently unable to save the architectural modifications I made to my plans yesterday.

It seems that my Revit 2025 installation was updated to version 2025.4 in Viewer mode, which might be the cause of the problem. As a result, I can't save any of the recent changes I made to my project.

I've made several important modifications that I can't afford to lose. Could you please advise how I can revert to a previous version of Revit (with full functionality) without losing my data?

You have Revit in viewer mode. This mode allows you to use all Revit tools except save.

Check which shortcut you used to open it.

Or modify the properties of the current one to remove it from viewer mode.
