Issue with material for appearence

Hello,
I have a problem with the color in the appearance of the materials. The color defined in the appearance is not the same as the one displayed in the drawing area in the family.
I have searched for the cause, but I can't find it. Could someone help me to identify the origin of this problem, please?

Is the color an issue in the family editor or once the family is placed in a project?

Hello,

Thank you for the reply.
I only received the rfa file and found that the color was not consistent between what is displayed and the color defined in the appearance. And I have the same problem on several families.
I need to know the RGB color of what is displayed, but I can't get the information.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I had managed to change the color.
My problem is that I need to have the RGB color of what is displayed on the screen on several families, but in the appearance I no longer have this information.

Hi,
Thank you Constantin for the video.
Yes, I had managed to change the color.
As I said, my problem is that I need to have the RGB color of what is displayed on the screen on several families, but in the appearance I no longer have this information. And I don't know how to get the information of the initial color.

I have the same issue on several rfa files.
