I could have used a quarter inch equals a foot on a c size sheet of paper but due to my dimensions, there is not a uniform distance from my building I had to rework it so it they would all fit.

Is there a way to set all the dimensions at a set distance?

Well lest say I want to take the dimension from all exterior walls of the building, but I want them all to be shown 2 feet from the building so they all look nice and equal distance from the building.

there is a way to place the Dimension Lines at a certain distance between them..Anyway, the first dimension line.. you'll have to place it by using a frame of Reference Planes.

After placing the first Row of Dimensions, the following will follow the snap rule...
