Is it possible to turn area plan to a regular floor plan? (omitting the area plan title/ definitiion)

Well, with Revit, you can create as many new floor plans as needed. Just go to View > Floor Plans > do not duplicate existing views, and select what type of plan(s) view(s) you want to create. It's just a few clicks.

It's not clear why you want to "turn area plan into a regular floor plan", or what that means.

I deleted some regular floor plans and duplicates an area plan to my regular  floor plans.

My question is how to convert area plan as such to a floor plan.

I know  One can create new floor plans.

I would turn off the area object and area boundary. Then it will be just another regular floorplan.

A type of view cannot be "turned" into another type. Why don't you simply create a new floor plan?
