Is it possible to get rid of the InfoCenter in Revit?

Is it possible to get rid of the InfoCenter in Revit? or just hide it? 😕

Hi Bluepantaleon02,

 

This topic has been discussed before in another thread, please see link below. It would seem that it cannot be hidden or removed, but the functions can be disabled. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, you can't. However you can reduce or eliminate any activity from it.

hide it with a Post It Note. Got one over my camera. Works like a charm.

@barthbradley  The thing is I have a small monitor and it bothers me that when I have a revit file with a large name on it I can't see it properly... That is the reason I asked if it was possible to hide it... 😕

You can drop the Quick toolbar down below the Ribbon so you have more room for the file name.  But you drawing area will get smaller though.

Sorry for a reply to an old thread...

I presume that setting for "Never Check" is in a Registry setting or am .INI file somewhere?

Anyone know where that it so I can push out my Deployments with that off?
