Is it possible to change the color of the ceiling grid? A fill pattern? I'm trying to show my existing ceiling grid as grey.

Yes. Edit the material and change the surface pattern color under Graphics tab.

Thanks for the input.  After "putzing" around with the system family settings, about 30 seconds after I posted, I also found the solution.
