Instance Specific Material Pattern Alignment

I have two walls of different types adjacent to each other with have a 4' high ceramic tile finish which runs continuously on them. To visualize it I divided each wall into parts at 4' and applied the material to each lower part of each wall.

The ceramic tile doesn't have a continuous pattern horizontally. I have played with the alignment in the material, but I was wondering if it was possible to align the pattern by instance instead of at the material level.

Use Merge Parts.

I also found that if you tab select into the hatch pattern you can drag the pattern to start at the same point.
