Instance being monitored by copy monitor

I am trying to understand this error but it is hard.

I created the leftmost column of face based elements over a roof with flat and curved section. If I keep copying the first copy to columns 2,3,4 I face no issue. But I when try to copy columns 1,2,3,4 to another position, I get highlighted on columns 2,3,4 (in the roof section that is curved in section). 

So it seems Revit sets on the columns 2,3,4 a setting for those elements that does not allow me to copy them. 

Anybody with the same experience? Any way to solve this? The array command also does not work.

Create similar not viable?

If those are the only ones you have trouble with then place them directly instead of copy.  If you have a lot more to copy then share a section showing the relationship between the families and the curved roof area.
