I am trying install revit 2017 . After installation I click on the EXE file and it doesnt run at all. 

My system is 64 bit with windows 10.

the issue is that it does NOT even start the installation process.

I finally managed to insatll it afetr i restarted my system. However the issue is that I don't have site design options , and some of the other features also failed to install. I have tried to install the extension but it coud nOT load as I am using revit 2017.

I have found it but another issue is taht I can NOT  open family templates

I cant load it undortunately . I can NOT see any RTE files at the destination.

Open the installation package and install the library.

@Anonymous hello mate , go to your window explorer > program data and check if you installed the templates/library, if not then just follow @robert.klempau suggestion you need to install it. thanks

I had read the article a while ago but the issue is tath I do NOT have the revit content library in the control panel unfortunately.

I always used one of the steps you guys suggested before biut my issue now is that I do NOT have any template folders on my pc at all.
