Not sure what you are asking specifically, but we don't typically place dimensions in Sketch Mode. We Align and Lock Sketch Line Work to Ref. Planes outside of Sketch Mode and pull our Dimensions between those RPs.

One reason you don't want to place Dimensions in Sketch Mode - especially Labeled Dimensions - is because they are not  Visible and readily detectible outside of Sketch Mode. This can be a PITA.

I wasn't saying about parameter, it was to scketch. Exemple:
You need to draw an rectangle, sized 100x200cm. How we do now:
1- Click on the comand "rectangle"and make two points in the screen.
2-Change the value of the temporary dimension to 100 in "x" axis and 200 in "y" axis.

My question is that if there is any way to in put this values in when i am first sketching the rectangle.

Sure. Make the Temporary Dimensions Permanent or use the Dimensioning Tool to place a Permanent Dimension.

No, man. I know how to do this, way. Thanks for you help, by the way. I just open this chat to see if someone know how to input the value during the rectangle comand, similar we do in autocad.
Thanks again.

No.  Watch the Temporary Dimensions and then adjust them after concluding the Sketch.  Or draw x and y Ref. Planes and snap the sketch lines to those Ref. Planes.

"SI" will Snap to Intersection.
