Impossible to open the document

I tried to open my files .rvt , but I encountered this message trying to open them:" Impossible to open the document" for all the files saved.

I tried to remember. but I didn't make changes, I have memory on my disk, Software is correctly installed and corruption of  files wasn't declared. Anyone can help me?

Lorenzo Revit is 2023.

Just a thought. have you tried to open your files in the online viewer?

In which case would you mean? Not yet anyway. The only thing I tried is
download and try to instal solar analysis. I downloaded Insight but of
course wasn't corrected so, I tried to install the custom installation but
it didn't go through, this should another thing I would like to overcome..

Do you have special characters in the File name?

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Close all Revit Sessions on the affected machine.
Rename the following file (instead of removing the folders listed in the solution below): C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit %VERSION%\DDGraph
Restart Revit.
Alternatively:
Copy and paste a healthy DDGraph file from another machine, where the issue is not reproducible.

If the above steps do not help, clear the content of the following folders:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit %VERSION%
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit %VERSION%

%USERNAME% should be your windows login name.

%VERSION% should be your Revit version.

Not really, its name is progetto.rvt

Hi Toan, I'm trying this, but when I go to Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk
Revit it compares only Revit2020, which was the former version installed.
Do you think I have to uninstall everything from that versions?

I changed name in Thesis, nothing changes. I also tried to do what Toan
told me but who can gives me the healthy DDgraph, should be easier
uninstall and reinstall Revit?
