importing cad data

Hello Everyone

i am trying to import the cad data file into revit

and the problem is that the cad data is not completely imported in revit

i dun  understand why

it looks like their is some kind of corruption in the cad file which Revit cannot translate.  You may have to rebuild the cad file prior to turning it into a family

you can try to import just one pipe run at a time to find the offending object

see the attached image of what I see when looking at the cad file in autocad 2019 (rotated 3d view/2d wireframe)...looks like some of them are not same as others

alternatively

if you can see the existing family in Revit as is, use the Pipe command to redraw the family within the Project Environment.  It isn't the best solution but it may work for what you are trying to do
