IMPORTING AND SHOWING ONLY IN SELECTED VIEW

Hi,

ITOPO.JPG have imported the topographic model as a revit file in 3d view , is there an option that says show only in 3d view?

Basically im trying to avoid to go in every single drawing to hide it.

Cheers

Michael

You can try this create a View Template and go to view visibility, uncheck from model categories and apply to views you don't want to see your topography. Thanks

Several ways:
- put it in a workset default to not visible and turn it on where you need it
- put it in a secondary design option
- put it in a future phase and set only the 3d view to capture that phase
- use view templates

hmm...that's a tough one. I wonder if V/G overrides for imported geometry might be under "V/G Overrides Import".   Yeah; that might be a bit of a stretch.  Never mind.
