Imported Sketchup object not found

Hello internet,

Revit 2021, Sketchup 2021, Win 10

I have a  custom chimney cap that was super easy to make in Sketchup, but would have been a pain in Revit.  When I import it into Revit, by all evidence it seems to go into the model - no errors, etc, but I can't find it anywhere.  I tried all of the combinations of insertion options.  I've looked through all of the hide/unhide toggles.  I zoom way out and select everything in the model and look through the filter list and it doesn't appear. In the V/G dialog I click the Imported Categories tab, but it's empty too.  Am I missing something?  I've successfully imported Sketchup geometry before.

Anyone have a solution, or similar problem here?

I would import it in Revit family and load the family in the project model so you can place it properly using ref plane alignment, offset from level/host etc.

To find the one you placed, there are so many possibilities which is not worth it IMHO.

Post the file here and start the clock. Betcha I can find and rectify the problem in under two minutes.

If you don't want to, then go through this cheat sheet:

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't appear in the project browser.  I did try all of the scale options available.  I'll post the files and see if someone can get it

Well I figured this out... I had to save the Sketchup file back to version 7, and then it imported just fine.  One more bug on the list of things that Revit developers haven't kept up on.  Le sigh...  at least we can still save Sketchup files back far enough that the 2008 section of code in Revit will recognize them.
