Imported DWG not visible in section

Hi there, i have imported dwg into Revit file and the problem is Revit is not cutting into the imported dwg and showing as an elevation !!

You may need to model the area in Revit instead of using CAD file, HOPE it helps.

Is the DWG 3D? Did you Import into all Views,  or did you have "Current View Only" checked when you Imported?  Does it show up in Elevation Views?

Create an in-place family under Generic Models category and link the DWG in it.

You are right, i was linking the imported dwg directly from (insert tab) and this was the problem, the right way is from (massing tab) place mass then link it. Thank You
