Dynamo would be my first choice irrespective if it would be the easy version of wrting parameter values from excel or the complex version with timely syncs. If you are interested in venturing into this world here is a link which would be useful for you to generate both the graph and the needed python scripts Synchronize Revit Key Schedules Using an Excel Master List

Other than Dynamo, you can use Pyrevit, BIM Link or DiRoots Sheet Link (they used to be free...Pyrevit is still for sure and you can download from Github) to link and sync Excel worksheet to Revit Schedules...see quick youtube below on how to use Sheet Link

You have "Export/ Import Excel" from Mlabs. It's free too.

I think diroots recently switched to freemium, although I don't know if it affects SheetLink tool.

Hi, thanks for answering.
I use Mlabs for Excel, unfortunately, it doesn't allow importing or exporting to Key scheduled, only model schedules

Check the version you have installed.
I think it's possible since 5.1 version, but with the "Schedule link (box)" button. It doesn't work with "Export to Excel."
