Import a families

I have downloaded a .rvt model from a manufacturer's site and it contains a number of families I want to use in my own model.

How do I import them? It must be really simple but (short of drawing each item in its original model, copying it, pasting it in my drawing, duplicating it, deleting it then choosing it) I can't see how.

Just Load as Group the RVT into your Project.

Oh, OK. To insert a family I insert a project file.
