Hi,

I've a custom wall that I exported to IFC, then I open in Revit, the color is not showing correctly. Why?

I tested in Solibri, the color is correct.

Please help...

Select the object that used to be a curtain wall, click Edit in Place, select one panel > Edit Type > Click on the name of the Material, and check the Graphics properties. It could be that the option for "Use graphic appearance" needs to be activated. That's what I can report after making a test about this.

The graphic appearance settings is correct.
It weird that when I change the IFC Class Name from IFCWall to IFCFurniture, the consistent color works correct. Is the Revit get details from IFCWall differently?

I don't know that. IFC is another format, and several things get lost in the translation.

IFCWall colors works fine when I link IFC, but the color is wrong when I open the IFC File.

Why ?? It is the same IFC File.
