IfcSpace missing data

Hello Everyone,

as I know Revit is a certificated software and therefore up to the international building-smart standard. We have a problem in our current project with the ifc-export of rooms and their parameters. We can not export all the necessary data we need. I attached a screenshot of the quantity use definitions from building-smart here. The only parameters we can export are "AverageClearHeight", "GrossPerimeter" and "GrossFloorArea". We place our room stamps on the level of the finished floors. This has been our office standard so far. Do we need a special plugin to export all the parameters you see in the list or is there another way to do so? Thanks in advance.

It would be more interesting to look at your IFC export settings and what IFC Export setup you are using ie: Psets you are exporting...most of what you have listed in that table are not common property sets...

I know it´s in german but maybe you can work it out. These are the setting we are using currently .

As mentioned in previous reply, the psets from the table of your original post are extracted from user defined psets and Schedules (usually designated with IFC or Pset as Prefix)... both of which you are not exporting.

GBF- und Brutto-/Netto-Flächen- und Volumenberechnungen sind weder revit noch IFC-Stammpset

Create a schedule in Revit and add the parameters you want to export to IFC, then set the IFC Export per @RDAOU screenshot then those parameters will be exported.

I didn't mean for you to go through the trouble of sending all those screenshots to me 🙂 I meant that you have a look at them and compare to the screenshot I sent you...

Most of these mentioned in your original question can be extracted from the area schedules as well as room or space schedules...Create those, Add a prefix in the Title of the Schedule "IFC" and check the boxes as per the screenshot I sent you previously (check the box: Export only schedules containing IFC in title)
