IFC import appearing as mesh

We are having issues of steel beams being imported from IFC (created in AECOsim) appearing as a mesh in Revit 2018.

The beams are cell beams, so contain multiple penetrations through the web.

The meshing is occurring to approximately half of the steel beams. It's not obvious why this is happening to some but not others.

Hi Viveka,

I have encountered the same problem with certain geometries appeared as meshes once they've been exported as IFC and reloaded into Revit. Could you please update on whether this issue has been solved?
