Hi. I have a problem to open my template files and my old projects that uesd the template. When i open it, my project will update to the previous version untill it showed 'Ready' the files don't appear. And the program always showed Not responding every time.

What version to what version? Looks like you use 2024.1. . What version is the old file? Technically you are supposed to upgrade one version at a time.

"my project will update to the previous version"

this doesn't make sense. Revit will update to the version of the Revit that is open. So your R2024 being open will upgrade any older files to R2024, not to some older version.

Revit version: R2025.3

Can you provide older version of the template and see if we are able to upgrade to 23?

Test it with a different template file from Revit 2023. If that opens then there is something unique happening on your PC, and possibly with the template but since it is opening for other people...that's not very likely. Verify that you have read/write access to the folders these files are located on. I've seen EyeTee change things and inadvertently cut off certain users access.

Assess what add-in's are installed on your PC, check for OS updates that have failed or many that haven't been installed yet. Just to rule it out, try changing back to the light UI...the dark UI is new, who knows maybe there are graphics cards or configurations that Revit doesn't like.
