Hi, I´m having troubles importing a skp family (from 3dwarehouse.com) in revit. It says "Revit cannot import some of the geometry. This result can be caused by various issues with the source file.Adjust the geometry in the file and try the import process again."

But I don´t know how to adjust the geometry in sketchup.

Has anyone solve this problem?

Thanks

I usually ignore this message and load what Revit will load.

...what's the version of the sketchup file?  Maybe, backdoor it through ACAD via free SKP importer add-on.

You may need to downgrade the SKP files to an older version - 2013 or something.

Got AutoCAD? Download and install this program in AutoCAD. Import you SKP into ACAD. Save. Import dwg into Revit. Easy breezy.

Hi. That is not the problem because I have to save the skp in version 6 to
import it in Revit. It must be a problem with the sketchup, because the
trouble is when I edit the family in it. When I open it in revit, it cames
wrong, as disfigur.

It happens. It's not always 100% -- even if you bring it into Revit via AutoCAD.
