I drew my plans in true orientation with N at top of screen and my walls are not paralell when drafting. Can I make a false axis like autocad?

I drew my plans 30 degrees clockwise of East-West Axis. This is the accurate orientation but awkward for drafting. In Autocad I used to temporarily change to false axis to make drafting are easier. I have selected True North as orientation parameter in properties. Can I change the orientation to parallell to screen without actually rotating my whole model?

That means your project NORTH is the same as true north...

What you could do is rotate the crop region of the view (might need to make it visible first from the properties palette)

Great thanks. I will give that a go. I wonder if it matters if I select
True North or Project North in my orientation parameter in properties?

You said that you already modeled the building to true north... that means the angle to TN is 0. Meaning it wont make a difference which you select.

Otherwith, you could select the project base point and enter an angle to true north.

Thanks...rotating the crop view worked well and I can use this for setting up my duplicated views on my sheets too 🙂
