I can't render in the Cloud

Could you help me?
I have a Revit 2024 educational licence and I can't render in the Cloud because it says I don't have any credits.
How can I render in the cloud for free? Is it because I have an educational licence? But with educational licences, rendering is supposed to be free. Or am I missing something in the programme?

previous licence I was able to do it.

Why do you ask, if previously (Revit 2023) I was able to do the renderings at 9 and 16 16 megapixel. Now I can't? That's not what I read on the forums and what I've spoken to other people about.
Do you know anything else that could help me?
