I can not change the view of topograpgy in site plan

Hi , I need to change the surface pattern and color of topography in site view.However,when I do this by override graphics in view,no change happens.Only the pads over this topography change.Is there a way to solve the problem.Thank you....

Toposurface elements in Revit do not support the display of surface patterns.
