Hello,

I downolad full verison of revit 2016 on mac using bootcamb. After dowinloading I found that the templates are missing. I tried to reinstall it from the Control Panel,  Autodesk Revit Content Libraries 2016, Uninstall/Change but it didnt work. How can I solve such a problem?

I am not a MAC user. But the problems might be just with the installation. Several user have posted about these issues on the forum. Solutions vary to make some settings, reinstall or improving internet connections. These and similar issues have been happening to older vesions of Revit too.

I would advise to got the knowledge autodesk website and have alook around there, follow support, select your product and then troubleshooting.

THIS ONE on the site seems a good place to start.

Also the forums has a special section on installation & licensing, if the knowledge site does not give you a solution they might be able to help you.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

I am having the same problem. I've been dealing with this for the past 3 days. I located the missing files for the library and template files, but they are empty. However, when I open the program, I'm able to see just about 25 components (mostly trees) but other than that, there is nothing else I can upload. Should I uninstall and install the program again? it's such a time consuming!
